The services are provided in accordance with Cabinet of Minister’s No. 1002 “Price List for Paid Services Provided by the Social Integration State Agency”.
Payment procedure for paid services
We provide paid services if the customer has made an advance payment for the service or submitted a letter of guarantee. The customer will be refunded for paid but unused paid services based on a customer application registered with SIVA, which the customer must submit no later than three working days before the start or termination of the paid service.
