We offer:
- twin room with two beddings;
- triple room with three beddings;
- quadruple room with four beddings;

It is also possible to rent the entire cottage. In one cottage, there are 6 rooms (with 34 beddings).

Room description
The SIVA Seaside Cottage rooms have single and double beds, wardrobes, tables and chairs. Each room has a separate bath and shower.
Rooms on the first and second floor have separate kitchens. The room on the third floor has a refrigerator and a microwave oven.
Additionally:
- free Wi-Fi in every room;
- fenced parking lot (Amulas iela 6);
- one outdoor table with two benches outside every cottage;
- picnic areas.

We provide services in accordance with Cabinet of Minister’s Regulation No. 1002 "Price List for Paid Services Provided by the State Agency for Social Integration".
Payment procedure for paid services
We provide paid services if the customer has made an advance payment for the service or submitted a letter of guarantee.
Cash deposit limits:
- from October 1 to May 31, EUR 300,00 per invoice;
- from June 1 to September 30, EUR 500,00 per invoice.
- For services exceeding this limit, payment must be made by bank transfer, indicating your name, surname, payment purpose or invoice number. Payment processing takes up to 3 days.
The customer will be refunded for paid but unused paid services based on a customer application registered with SIVA, which the customer must submit no later than three working days before the start or termination of the paid service.
