The Social Integration State Agency (hereandafter - Agency) provides Car Customisation service for a state budget resources and for a fee.
Funded by the state budget
Customisation of vehicles funded by the state budget is provided to individuals who have received a conclusion of the State Medical Commission for Assessment of Health Conditon and Working Ability about the need for specially adapted vehicle.
For the service person must pay 7,11 EUR (only once), except in the cases specified in the external regulatory enactments.
For a fee
Customisation of vehicles for a fee Agency provides to any person in accordance with The Charge Services of Agencies Price List.
Receiving the service
In order to receive the service, the Agency enters into a written agreement with the client receiving the service funded by the state/for a fee on the customisation of vehicle.
An individual:
- should submit the following documents:
- application;
- copy of the statement of the State Medical Commission for Assessment of Health Condition and Working Ability or its division on the need for a specially adapted vehicle, except for clients receiving this service for a fee;
- copy of the certificate of a disabled person;
- acknowledgement of the vehicle owner's consent (notarised or personally signed by the vehicle owner who should come to the Agency with the client and present an identity document) or permission of a leasing company to carry out the vehicle customisation, if the client receiving the service funded by the state/for a fee is the vehicle holder;
- copy of driving licence of a client receiving the service funded by the state/for a fee;
- copy of the vehicle registration certificate.
- should present the following documents:
- personal identification document;
- statement of the State Medical Commission for Assessment of Health Condition and Working Ability or its division on the need for a specially adapted vehicle, except for clients receiving this service for a fee;
- certificate of a disabled person;
- vehicle registration certificate;
- driving licence of a client receiving the service funded by the state/for a fee;
- vehicle owners' mandatory civil liability insurance policy;
- vehicle inspection protocol.
A legal person:
- should submit the following documents:
- application;
- acknowledgement of the vehicle owner's consent (notarised or personally signed by the vehicle owner who should come to the Agency with the client and present an identity document) or permission of a leasing company to carry out the vehicle customisation, if the client receiving the service funded by the state/for a fee is the vehicle holder;
- copy of the vehicle registration certificate.
- should present the following documents:
- identification document of an authorised person (with signatory powers);
- vehicle registration certificate;
- vehicle owners' mandatory civil liability insurance policy;
- vehicle inspection protocol.
The place of supply of service
Customisation of vehicles is performed on Slokas street 61, Jūrmala (in the territory of Agency College).
