The Social Integration State Agency (hereinafter referred to as “SIVA”) in cooperation with the State Employment Agency (hereinafter referred to as “NVA”) implements the ESF project “Subsidized jobs for the unemployed” (9.1.1.1./15/I/001) activation measure “Vocational Aptitude Assessment” for the unemployed with disabilities or anticipated disability. Unemployed with mental disorders may also participate in this project, as well as unemployed who within the persons health examination measure have received a recommendation to perform vocational aptitude assessment.
Vocational aptitude assessment is up to 10 calendar days. Specialists of SIVA will assess persons theoretical and practical knowledges, persons skills and skills acquired previously, persons health and workability. The specialists will provide recommendations on the appropriate work for the unemployed according to their health.

SIVA in cooperation with the NVA shall implement a Project activation measure in the framework of which the vocational aptitude assessment for the long-term unemployed with disabilities or anticipated disability, the long-term unemployed with mental disorders or the long-term unemployed, who have received a recommendation to make a vocational aptitude assessment within the framework of a health examination measure.
During the vocational aptitude assessment, specialists make recommendations on appropriate work to the Project target group members, as well as on the related active employment measures according to the unemployed health.
The project is scheduled to be implemented by 31 December 2022.
