On 3th of december when in the world mark the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, SIVA College held the 12th Scientific Conference "Izglītība. Atbalsts. Sadarbība."1.
Participants of Conference:
- heard real stories of experiences and successful examples of how to overcome and adapt to the challenges of Covid-19 time;
- received valuable advices for safety in the field of IT and ideas how to better adapt to the hybrid-work;
- gained an in-depth insight into various researches, their results and conclusions.
At the end of the Conference there was held panel discussion. Participants of panel discussion discussed about what can learn from the pandemic and what kind of big challenges could still be ahead. The participants of panel discussion was unanimously that learning and adaptability at the moment is very important and also that the skills, attitudes and values should be developed further.
